Interview assessments are guided by a best practice framework, developed with input from employers, educators, subject matter experts, and examples of high-quality interviews.
The results offer a clear and accurate picture of each learner’s interview readiness, while also highlighting trends and areas for development
across the wider cohort. Data is delivered at regular intervals through key performance indicators, which can be tailored to meet the
specific priorities of the prison’s education team.

Case study - Online Grooming
Online grooming and technology-assisted child sexual abuse are escalating, exposing children to unprecedented risks. The NSPCC reports record levels of online grooming, while WeProtect highlights increasingly sophisticated exploitation, including rising “sextortion”, where children are coerced into sharing intimate images and then blackmailed.
Institutional responses remain inconsistent, with schools and local authorities often lacking coordinated approaches to supporting affected children.
Child A’s experience illustrates these failures. Aged 12, their intimate images were shared at school after they had been groomed by an online predator. Inadequate responses from the school, police and local authority caused significant secondary trauma.
The figures shown are illustrative only and do not reflect actual deployment results.
Solution benefits
Our solution
Working with Child A and child protection partners, we developed ‘Jessie’, a Generative AI simulation based on her experiences, enabling teachers and safeguarding professionals to practise realistic conversations and develop their questioning, rapport-building and safeguarding skills.
Piloted with cohorts of teachers, the platform provides personalised feedback after each session and aggregates results to identify collective strengths and areas for improvement. The pilot also demonstrated real-world impact, with a teacher applying their learning to a live safeguarding concern, helping it to be handled more effectively.
